Compliance

We will assess and advise on your COBRA, FMLA, Workers Comp, SUI, Immigration and Anti-Discrimination and Harassment practices. Maintaining compliance with all Federal and State Regulations and Labor Laws. We will attend unemployment hearings on your behalf, perform audits of your personnel and Form I9 files as well as create and coordinate effective training programs.

Recruiting and Retention

We will manage all areas of the hiring and termination process, and we will propose policies and strategies to retain and preserve your finest employees. We will interview your potential staff, coordinate all follow-up interviews and employment offers as well as conduct terminations and exit interviews.

Employee Relations

We will strategize with your owners and managers to create and/or maintain positive employer-employee relationships to increase productivity, motivation, and morale. We will resolve employee issues and propose policies to prevent future issues. We will handle your employee disciplinary actions and grievances.

Employee Performance Evaluations

We will create and/or revise your performance evaluation process. We will train your supervisors to properly evaluate staff and to better communicate the results of the evaluations to correct poor staff performance and to support and praise exceptional performances.

Manuals, Policies and Communications

We will create or revise your existing Employee Personnel Handbook and your Policies & Procedures Manual. We will create or revise your existing job descriptions and custom tailor all of your HR forms and letters.

Benefits & Payroll

We will lead you in your search for cost-effective Health Insurance, 401K/Pension Plans and Payroll Services/Software. We will manage your annual open enrollment process, payroll onboarding, COBRA letters/premium reimbursement and your 401K Plan Testing process.

Office Design, Space Planning and Relocation Services

We will be the Project Manager for your office renovation, redesign or relocation. We will manage every component of the project including, but not limited to, content relocation, vendor management, purchasing, planning and design.

Event Planning

We will plan, coordinate and execute all of your company events. We will handle all of the planning to completion of your office holiday parties, customer/client meetings, company leadership/team building retreats and employee events.
